Club GB AGM 2025

MGCGB Members FREE camping weekend including the 2025 AGM.

A free weekend for MGCGB members only. Free camping, Free meal and Free entertainment from two-piece band 'Hessian Throw' on Saturday evening.

To take part and to obtain your ticket, you will need to EITHER visit;

- OR download, complete and return the booking form on this event page to the organiser below.

N.B. Tickets must be obtained if you wish to attend and camp for one or both nights,  attend the AGM on Saturday afternoon and the entertainment and buffet in the evening.

If you ONLY wish to attend the AGM at 2pm and are leaving before the evening you can attend and present your membership card upon arrival.

Arrangements are as follows:

Friday 26th - arrival from noon.

Saturday 27th - AGM Celebration, Buffet and evening entertainment.

Buffet Dinner paid for by the MGCGB Following Meeting. 
Raffle, Quiz and band 'Hessian Throw'

Sunday 28th - site to be vacated by noon.

Motions for discussion and inclusion in the 2025 e-ballot due for issue in July should be sent to the General Secretary Helen Smith, to arrive no later than 28th February 2025 containing your full name address, membership number and seconders full name, address and membership number.

If any member wishes to stand for a committee position, they should inform the General Secretary and include the name and membership number of their seconder also on or before the above date.
