Camping weekend; noon Friday 26th to noon Sunday 28th September 2025.

AGM 2025; 2-5pm, Saturday 27th September. You must be able to present your card at registration.

PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS; You will need to create a new cart item when placing this order, for yourself and each additional person travelling within your group.

UPON CHECKOUT; select CASH payment ONLY as this is a free event.

This is an e-ticket and will need to be downloaded and either printed or displayed on your mobile device upon arrival at the event control point (the order number provided at checkout will be your reference)

* Vehicle registration/s 

If attending with a car, campervan or motorhome and to ensure the safety of everyone on the event field, you may be parked away from the camping and bike park areas.

ACCESSIBILITY - this venue offers step-free access to all facilities and has accessible toilets that will be available throughout the weekend.
