Oxford Sovereign Fabric Panniers

Oxford Sovereign Blue Fabric panniers.  throw-over and connected via two velcro straps.

They have D ring fittings to the rear face for securing to frames etc (not supplied) on your Bike.

No rips or scuffs and no internal marks.  Expandable from 30 to 50ltrs with zipped panel.

I don't have the rain overbags for these.
