Ducati 900SS 1995

Ducati 900SS 1995 (M) 20380 miles 11 months MOT (milage may rise as I am riding it occaisionaly)

I bought this as a part finished project that had been off the road for some time.

The previous owner had the frame and wheels powder coated, fitted new tyres and wheel bearings.

In my ownership I have painted the engine and it has been serviced. The Desmo valve clearances have been done by Ducati John. (Celier BVT) and he re-torqued the alternator bolt. I have fitted new Exact fit cam belts and changed the oil and filter. An uprated clutch slave has been fitted and a new air filter and battery.

Chassis wise, the forks have had new seals, dust seals and fresh oil. The rear shock is from a later SS and is in good fettle. The brakes have had new pads and new master cylinders front and back. A new DID gold X-ring chain and sprockets have been fitted too.

I have fitted a race exhaust of indeterminable make, but sounds nice. The original exhausts are included, but are a bit scabby. There is also a new K&N filter and modified airbox lid that I haven't fitted, but will come with the bike if needed. Some history and a spare key too.

I am selling to make space in the garage and I have some back issues, so my upright bikes are preferred transport at the moment. It has only covered a few miles since completion.
Its not concours, but a nice usable bike.
