1980 or earlier low headstock tonti frame wanted, t3, spada, etc
 Consider rolling chassis/non runner....stop laughing :D

I expect it will go for silly money, but it may be what you need .
Alternatively, contact Ray (Ex Smokin biker) I'm sure he has a spare frame or two in Leicester.

There is one on eBay, no log book, imported, no mention of having a Nova certificate, there should be something better out there somewhere.

That one's been on a while, it's got some odd brackets (badly) welded on to it, no rush will keep looking.

Silly question time - what’s the difference “low” vs “high” - apart from the seemingly obvious (or is it) ?

Apart from the obvious, (low one looks neater), I prefer the way the old type frame handles.
 My 1000s is not bad..... but the cafe racer is better, probably just personal preference :D

The high frame has a longer (higher) headstock to raise the top yoke up a bit higher, presumably to suit a taller tank like the cali has
This is a high frame . There is an extra bit welded on top of the centre frame tube.
